BUILT ON STRONG FOUNDATIONS
Founded in 1995, NorthCountry Homes set out to change the game – from humble beginnings in Lincoln to rapid growth in Barlborough, the company hit the ground running – delivering over 1,000 homes a year by 2005.
While the name stepped away in 2016, the vision never did. The original founders carried it forward – continuing to build, improve, and champion affordable homeownership every step of the way.
The rebirth of NorthCountry Homes heralds the re-emergence of a business dedicated to getting young working-class people and first-time buyers into home ownership by providing low-cost homes for sale throughout the North of England and the Midlands.
