Pipeline…
Brian has been extremely busy and has three more sites in legals, comprising well over 300 plots and negotiations are afoot on a number of other sites. In the meantime Matt is sorting out technical issues, although most of the land that we are buying is relatively issue-free. We are not over-ambitious regarding timing and think that 2023 will see sites at an early stage, but 2024 should see us quite busy.
We have a number of empty desks here in Wakefield and we will be thinking about filling them – We are also geared up for starting on sites with PPE ready and waiting!
