Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator looking for a new exciting challenge?

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join NorthCountry Homes in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This is a key position within our growing team, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Executives to ensure reservation, exchanges and legal completions run smoothly and on time. You will oversee sales administration, liaise with solicitors and internal departments, produce weekly reports, and maintain accurate systems and documentation. Confidence, organisation and proven experience within the new build sector are essential.

Marketing forms a core part of this role. You will manage website updates, create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, prepare mailshots, visit developments for photography and testimonials, and help strengthen our brand presence. We are looking for a proactive, creative professional who communicates confidently at all levels and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a sales administration role within the new build industry is essential.

Job Description

Site Engineer

Are you a Site Engineer looking for a new role?

The role requires an excellent technical knowledge base with a minimum of 5 years’ experience which will include setting-out skills and full use of a Leica TS16 total station with “hands on” experience and ability to value engineer projects as and when it is appropriate to do so.

Knowledge of roads, sewers and substructures as well as current regulations.

Previous experience of working with a House Builder or Contractor that works with developers (ideally in groundworks).

You must possess great communication skills and have confidence to challenge should it be in the company’s interest.

Be able to efficiently manage your own diary and prioritise site visits accordingly.

Must hold a full UK driving licence.
