We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for Sacriston, is this the job for you?
NorthCountry Homes is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on one of our developments across the North of England. This is a key role, responsible for coordinating daily on-site activity, managing quality, health and safety, budgets and build programmes while ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with our construction, commercial and technical teams, leading site staff and subcontractors through each stage of the build. Site Engineer
Are you a Site Engineer looking for a new role?
The role requires an excellent technical knowledge base with a minimum of 5 years’ experience which will include setting-out skills and full use of a Leica TS16 total station with “hands on” experience and ability to value engineer projects as and when it is appropriate to do so.
Knowledge of roads, sewers and substructures as well as current regulations.
Previous experience of working with a House Builder or Contractor that works with developers (ideally in groundworks).
You must possess great communication skills and have confidence to challenge should it be in the company’s interest.
Be able to efficiently manage your own diary and prioritise site visits accordingly.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.
